In Neu Theory, neu quanta refers to the quantum particles plus motion created by spontaneous transformation of the composite neutron. Each quantum particle is a neu quanta with an invariant distribution of mass or energy. The distribution of energy between the zomon and motion varies, however the total is an invariant 0.000833 neu rise energy:
