In Neu Theory, one of four discrete physical quantities from which the fundamental forms of nature are made. The fundamental physical quantities of nature are:
- quantum spin – a perpetual movement/energy form at the absolute speed of light.
- quantum rise – a perpetual movement/energy form at the absolute speed of light.
- uniform universal acceleration – of the two absolute speeds of light.
- N – the invariant cosmic number of linked quantum spin and quantum rise pairs.
